Saturday, June 19, 2010 1 to 3 PM Desserts made with Maple Syrup

Sunday, July 18, 2010 12 to 2 PM Dishes made with Local Meat, Swiss Chard and Peas and a fresh fruit desert

Sunday August 22, 2010 12 to 2 PM What to do with that bag of veggies you have never seen before from your CSA or the Farmers Market or “What do you do with a Tomatillo?”

Sunday, September 26, 2010 12 to 2 PM Cooking from a bountiful fall harvest

Classes will be held in Judy’s kitchen in Canaan, NY and limited to

8 people.  After watching the demonstration

we will all eat the delicious dishes

Classes will cost $40 for a single class or all 4 for $150

Hand Hollow Farm CSA members classes are $35
